Amanda M. Uliano, Esquire
Ms. Uliano focuses her practice on business law and civil and commercial litigation. She is admitted to practice in all State and Federal courts in Florida, as well as the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals.
Ms. Uliano obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree magna cum laude in history from The George Washington University in 2000 and earned her juris doctor from Duke University School of Law in 2003.
Prior to founding the Law Office of Amanda M. Uliano, P.A., Ms. Uliano practiced in the Tampa office of the law firm of Foley & Lardner LLP, where she was a member of the commercial litigation department.
Ms. Uliano is a member of The Florida Bar, The Hillsborough County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. Additionally, Ms. Uliano serves as the CLE Director for the Hillsborough County Bar Association.
Ms. Uliano is actively involved in the community. She serves as the Past President of the Board of Directors of Dress for Success Tampa Bay. She performs pro bono work at the Bay Area Legal Services Family Law Clinic at the Hillsborough County Courthouse. Ms. Uliano is also a member of Leadership Tampa Class of 2013, the South Tampa Chamber of Commerce and Emerge Tampa.
