Meet Amanda

After beginning her legal career with a large national firm, Amanda Uliano launched her own firm in 2010 to provide clients big firm experience with a small firm personality. Amanda assists her clients with a full range of business legal needs, including consulting, contract drafting and litigation. She strives to be seen by her business clients as a partner, helping their businesses to grow and flourish while navigating the various legal issues that arise when operating a business. To that end, she believes in developing long-standing, personal relationships with her clients focused on quality, engagement, and professionalism.

Amanda also believes in giving back to her community and has served on numerous boards and committees of professional organizations and non-profits, including the Hillsborough County Bar Association, Leadership Tampa Alumni and Dress for Success Tampa Bay.  She also currently serves as legal counsel for the Phi Sigma Sigma Foundation, Inc., a national 501(c)(3) philanthropic organization.
