Meet Amanda

​After beginning her legal career with a large national firm, Amanda Uliano launched her own firm in 2010 to provide clients big firm experience with a small firm personality. Amanda assists her clients with a full range of business legal needs, including consulting, contract drafting and litigation. She strives to be seen by her business clients as a partner, helping their businesses to grow and flourish while navigating the various legal issues that arise when operating a business. To that end, she believes in developing long-standing, personal relationships with her clients focused on quality, engagement, and professionalism.

 

Amanda is also a dedicated community leader and believes in giving back and has served on numerous boards and committees of professional organizations and non-profits, including the Hillsborough County Bar Association, Leadership Tampa Alumni and Stageworks Theatre.  She also currently serves as legal counsel for the Phi Sigma Sigma Foundation, Inc., a national 501(c)(3) philanthropic organization.
